I have seen these great t-shirts that say "Fish Don't Lie" - it's a way of telling people that they don't have to understand all the chemistry and science behind water pollution to know that it is a bad thing when fish won't or cannot live in a water body anymore!

It should be the same with Global Climate Change. I don't understand all of the science behind it, few people on the planet do, but I am compelled by the fact that polar bears are drowning from exhaustion as they try to swim to ice floes that no longer exist because they have melted.

So, why not start a new campaign: Polar Bears Don't Lie! It could just as easily be called Polar Bears Aren't Stupid! They don't swim off into the sea for no reason - they really think there is more ice to swim to, because last time they were in the area, there was.

They don't have GPS systems or Google Earth to look at and see that the ice they and their ancestors have experienced for centuries is now gone.
